Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Some features of the Site may not work properly if you disable cookies.

Your privacy choices

  • Email: You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We may still send you transactional messages about your account or orders.
  • Advertising: You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your device and browser settings and through the Meta ad preference controls.
  • Global Privacy Control: Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for the browser sending the signal.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Some information you provide describes your child, such as an age range or a brushing challenge. You provide that information as the adult account holder, and we treat it as part of your account information and use it only as described in this Policy. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@spectranova.care and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
